The sole proprietorship MICHELS MATHILDE, whose registered office is located at 6 RUE BLEUE 75009 PARIS 9, registered under number 981 201 429 (hereinafter "TOKENOMICS DATA") and the User.

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the terms and expressions listed below, the first letter of which is capitalized, have the meanings assigned to them below. These terms shall have the same meaning in the singular and plural.

Customer: refers to any natural or legal person who enters a contractual relationship with TOKENOMICS DATA by accepting the GTC in order to benefit from the Services. Customers are the end Users of the Services offered by TOKENOMICS DATA.

Order: refers to any act of subscribing to the Services.

Account: refers to the interface containing all data relating to the User created under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use, accessible from the Site and enabling the Customer to place an Order on the Site. This data includes, in particular, all personal information belonging to the User as well as information relating to their Orders.

Login details: means the email address used by the User when creating their Account, enabling the User to access their Account.

Platform or Site: refers to the web platform or website, accessible at https://tokenomics-data.com/ and the associated mobile application offered by TOKENOMICS DATA and from which Users can place an Order.

Service: refers to the services offered by TOKENOMICS DATA and presented on the Site after an Order is placed by a Customer. These services are governed by the GTC. They include, but are not limited to:

  • subscription to a subscription (free or paid);
  • access to a structured database relating to Web3 projects;
  • consultation of on-chain economic data (total supply, burn, price, circulating supply, etc.);
  • consultation of off-chain information data (white papers, fundraising, allocations, vesting, etc.);
  • access to summaries and enhanced visualizations (graphs, comparisons, aggregated analyses);
  • consultation of editorial content (descriptions, typologies, explanations of economic models);
  • the ability to filter, search, and cross-reference indicators;
  • access, where applicable, to advanced features (alerts, data export, favorites, etc.); and, where applicable;
  • access to analysis tools or modules developed by TOKENOMICS DATA or its partners.

The services offered may change over time. The Customer benefits from the services as defined on the Site and accepted at the time of the Order, although the descriptions of these services may not appear directly in the GTC. Any subsequent changes to the services will not affect the service already ordered.

User: refers to any person who accesses and browses the Site without necessarily entering into a contractual relationship via the GTC for the subscription of a Service. Users may consult the information available on the Site, including descriptions of the Services, but do not actively participate in the TOKENOMICS DATA ecosystem until they accept the T&Cs and become Customers. Users are subject to the Site's Terms of Use, which regulate access to information and use of the Site.


In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, known as the "Information Technology and Freedoms" law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR), Users are informed that TOKENOMICS DATA may carry out automated processing of their personal data for the purposes of using the Site and the Services.

This data may be transmitted to any subsidiaries and/or companies controlled by TOKENOMICS DATA.

Collection of personal data and purposes

In accordance with the GDPR, it is hereby reiterated that the personal data requested from the User is necessary for:

  • processing requests (contact form);
  • creating and accessing the Account;
  • providing the Services;
  • adapting the Site and Services.

In accordance with current national and European regulations, Users have the right to access, modify, rectify, and oppose information concerning them at any time.

This right may be exercised:

Users are reminded that when it comes to correcting and updating data relating to their Account, they must make the necessary changes and deletions directly on their own Account.

TOKENOMICS DATA undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of personal data communicated by the User.

TOKENOMICS DATA collects the following Personal Data during the following actions:

  • Email address
  • Last name, first name
  • Profile photo (optional)
  • Role (optional)

The User is informed that TOKENOMICS DATA will not be able to use their personal data to send them commercial offers that may be of interest to them unless the User has explicitly consented to this, in particular by providing their email address in order to receive messages from TOKENOMICS DATA.

The data collected is kept by TOKENOMICS DATA for the duration of the relationship and then for up to 3 years after the end of this relationship.

TOKENOMICS DATA may share Personal Data with the following third-party web , subcontractors, and partners : IT service providers for data maintenance and hosting purposes; telecommunications service providers in order to communicate with the User.

All data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained in order to comply with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy and retained for these purposes in accordance with the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force.

Lawfulness of processing and legal bases

The processing of personal data carried out by TOKENOMICS DATA is based on the following legal bases, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR): when processing is necessary for the creation of an Account, the management of Orders or access to the Services subscribed to by the Customer;
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR): in particular for invoicing, fraud prevention or data retention for accounting purposes;
  • Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): when required for certain operations (e.g., sending marketing messages, placing non-essential cookies);
  • Legitimate interest of TOKENOMICS DATA (Article 6.1.f GDPR): in particular to ensure the security of the Site, improve the Services, or process publicly accessible data in the context of Web3 project files, in accordance with the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.

Right to complain, to erasure and to be forgotten

The User is informed that they have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) either via https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes or by post (3 Place de Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07).

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase such personal data without undue delay when the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed (closure of the personal account); by writing to 6 rue Bleue, 75009 Paris.

The User is informed that they also have the right to rectify their data, the right to restrict their data and the right to object to the use of their data.

Rights of deceased persons

TOKENOMICS DATA allows individuals to give instructions regarding the storage, erasure, and communication of their data after their death by writing to mathilde.michels@tokenomics-data.com.

In this way, a person can be designated to carry out these instructions. The latter is then entitled, upon the death of the person, to take note of the instructions and request their implementation from the relevant data controllers.

In the absence of instructions given by the person during their lifetime, the heirs, who will provide proof of their status (affidavit), will be able to exercise the right of access, provided that this is necessary for the settlement of the deceased's estate, the right to object in order to close the deceased's accounts and to object to the processing of their data.

Cookie management

A cookie is a small file containing information that is stored on the User's personal device by the websites they visit. Cookies enable browsing information to be stored, such as browsing preferences or profile information.

Cookies may be created by TOKENOMICS DATA, in which case they are referred to as internal cookies, or may come from third-party websites

  • Some internal cookies are necessary for the Site to function and enable it to operate optimally.
  • Other internal cookies are not necessary for the functioning of the Site.
  • Third-party cookies come from third-party websites and are not necessary for the Site to function.

When you first visit the Site, a banner informs the User of the presence of these cookies and invites you to indicate your choice. They are only stored if the User accept cookies. The User may at any time object to all or part of the cookies and delete them using their browser settings. However, if they object to cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the Site, their user experience may be degraded.

Unless deleted by the User, cookies are stored on their equipment for a maximum period of 13 months.

Some cookies are used for audience measurement purposes. These are:

  • Analytical and performance cookies. These help estimate the number of visitors and evaluate their usage patterns on the Site. They are also used to track conversions.
  • Targeting or advertising cookies. These help recognize the User when they return to the Site and allow the Site to be personalized or to offer targeted offers based on their interests. Right to portability

This right allows the User to retrieve data concerning them processed by TOKENOMICS DATA for their personal use and to transfer their Personal Data to the organization of their choice. Given the temporary nature of the data hosting provided by TOKENOMICS DATA, this portability will only apply to Personal Data that has not yet been deleted due to the passage of time.

Processing of personal data of non-customer third parties

In the context of building its database and analyzing Web3 projects, TOKENOMICS DATA may process personal data concerning non-customer individuals, including founders, team members, or investors mentioned in public documents such as white papers, official websites, or specialized articles (hereinafter referred to as "Referenced Third Parties").

This data is collected solely for the purposes of economic information, classification or visualization of the structure of projects (for example: mention of an institutional investor or a founder identified in an official document).

In accordance with the GDPR, any person concerned by the processing of their personal data on the Site has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and transfer their data.

If a non-customer individual identifies data concerning them being processed by TOKENOMICS DATA (e.g., their name or role appearing in a Web3 project file), they may contact TOKENOMICS DATA at the following address: mathilde.michels@tokenomics-data.com in order to exercise their rights. TOKENOMICS DATA undertakes to analyze all requests as soon as possible and, if necessary, to modify or delete the data concerned.

TOKENOMICS DATA undertakes to collect and disseminate only data that appears in public sources that are freely and lawfully accessible, and not to process data that is sensitive or irrelevant to the purpose pursued.
