The Starknet Provisions Program Round 1 was designed to reward the builders, users, and contributors who laid the foundations of Starknet’s ecosystem. Claiming was open for 4 months, with all claim fees fully covered by the Starknet Foundation. Any unclaimed STRK was returned to the community pool for future distributions. Due to regulatory restrictions, STRK was not available to sanctioned jurisdictions or U.S. persons.

Eligible groups:

• Starknet users: Active early users who completed 5+ transactions, remained active for at least 3 months, transacted $100+ in volume, and held at least 0.005 ETH as of November 15, 2023.
• Early community members: Approved contributors under the Starknet Early Community Member Program.
• Starknet developers: Developers with at least 3 GitHub commits to recognized Starknet repositories before November 15, 2023.
• StarkEx users: Users who performed at least 8 transactions before June 1, 2022.
• Ethereum contributors, including Protocol Guild members (as of November 15, 2023), Ethereum ecosystem developers with significant GitHub contributions and EIP and ERC authors.
• ETH stakers: Participants who staked ETH under Ethereum’s Proof-of-Stake model prior to the Merge (September 15, 2022).
• Select open-source developers: Contributors to top-ranked GitHub repositories outside of crypto, meeting defined commit thresholds.
